We’re looking for a detail-oriented Interior Designer with strong drafting skills to support a U.S.-based high-end residential design studio. In this fully remote role, you’ll contribute to sophisticated projects, developing both creative concepts and technical documentation that meet the highest industry standards. What you will do

Develop interior design concepts for luxury residential projects with a high level of detail and design sensitivity.
Produce detailed drafting documentation, including DD and CD sets (floor plans, sections, elevations, and technical drawings).
Create high-quality interior renderings and quick visualizations to support design development and presentations.
Build and refine 3D models using SketchUp-based workflows (rendering tools are a plus).
Prepare complete construction documentation sets, including permit sets and presentations for general contractors and local authorities.
Interpret and incorporate redlines efficiently into updated drawing sets.
Collaborate on material selection and interior detailing, including millwork, finishes, lighting, and custom design elements.
Contribute to the design of complex and unique spaces such as wineries, custom stone features, and specialty areas.
Ensure all deliverables align with U.S. high-end residential standards and construction practices.

What you'll need to know

A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Proven experience working on high-end or luxury residential projects.
Strong drafting skills with proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
Advanced English level.
Experience producing DD and CD documentation sets for construction.
Solid understanding of construction systems, including concrete and steel framing.
Ability to develop both technical drawings and design-forward visual outputs.
Experience with additional software such as Revit, Archicad, or Vectorworks is a plus.
Strong knowledge of materials, interior detailing, and luxury design standards.
High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
