Do you enjoy supporting complex construction projects and keeping everything organized, coordinated, and moving forward? Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple stakeholders in residential developments? We’re looking for a Project Manager Support / Construction Coordinator to assist with multifamily residential projects based in California.
This is a part-time remote opportunity, ideal for someone highly organized, technically proficient, and confident working with architectural and construction documentation in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do

  • Support project managers in coordinating residential (multifamily) construction projects from planning through execution.
  • Assist in managing project documentation, schedules, and communication across teams.
  • Work with drawings and models to ensure accuracy and consistency across disciplines.
  • Coordinate with design, engineering, and construction teams to track progress and deliverables.
  • Support the review and organization of plans, including architectural, BIM, and MEP documentation.
  • Help identify and track issues, RFIs, and project updates.
  • Maintain clear and structured project records using standard tools and workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and support ongoing project needs.

What you'll need to know

  • Proven experience supporting project management or construction coordination in residential (multifamily) projects.
  • Strong proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, BIM software, and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience working with MEP coordination and documentation.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Good understanding of construction processes and project workflows.
  • Ability to work remotely and communicate clearly with diverse teams.
