Are you a detail-oriented, skilled drafter who enjoys turning real-world spaces into accurate, high-quality BIM models? Are you comfortable working quickly with scan data while keeping every element precise and up to standard? We’re looking for a Revit BIM Drafter to join our client’s team.

Our client is a Colorado-based company working primarily on residential projects. They are seeking a drafter who can quickly and effectively convert Matterport E57 files into Revit BIM models that meet the company’s standards and requirements. In this production role, you’ll process scan data, build accurate models, and deliver clean, organized files ready for the team to use. This is a full-time remote opportunity with overlap with Colorado working hours (Mountain Time, MT).

What you will do

Convert Matterport E57 point cloud files into accurate Revit BIM models.
Build models that meet the company’s BIM standards, templates, and requirements.
Model existing conditions, including walls, openings, floors, roofs, and key architectural elements.
Produce plans, elevations, and sections from completed models as needed.
Deliver models quickly and efficiently without compromising accuracy.
Perform self-quality checks against scan data before each submission.
Maintain organized model files and documentation for all projects.
Follow BIM and filing standards.

What you'll need to know

Degree or diploma in Architecture, Architectural Drafting, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Revit.
Hands-on experience working with Matterport and E57 point cloud files.
Solid understanding of BIM workflows and scan-to-BIM processes.
Experience working on residential (single-family) projects.
Advanced English level and excellent communication skills.
Availability to overlap with Colorado working hours (MT).
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Ability to work efficiently under tight turnaround times.
Ability to perform self-quality checks.

A great plus

Experience with other point cloud tools (e.g., Autodesk ReCap, Leica Cyclone).
Familiarity with AutoCAD.
Familiarity with AI-assisted architectural workflows.
Experience on commercial projects.
3+ years of experience in BIM modeling, scan-to-BIM, or a related role.
Familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Microsoft Office, Dropbox, Teams).
