What you will do

  • Develop comprehensive interior design concepts for luxury residential projects, from schematic design through construction documentation.
  • Create mood boards, finish palettes, and material selections that align with the project vision and client expectations.
  • Produce technical documentation in Revit, including floor plans, sections, elevations, and detailed interior drawings.
  • Develop drawing sets for both Schematic Design (SD) and Construction Documents (CD) phases.
  • Design custom millwork, interior elevations, and tailored design solutions for high-end residential environments.
  • Create 3D models, quick conceptual renderings, and photorealistic renderings for presentations and project documentation.
  • Prepare presentation materials and client-facing design packages.
  • Recommend high-end furnishings, lighting, textiles, accessories, and finishes that align with the project’s design vision.
  • Support the preparation of permit sets and construction documentation packages.
  • Incorporate project feedback, markups, and redlines throughout all phases of the design process.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Participate in virtual design meetings and project coordination sessions.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and design quality.

What you'll need to know

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in luxury residential interior design.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit.
  • Experience producing Schematic Design (SD) and Construction Document (CD) packages.
  • Extensive knowledge of residential materials, finishes, furnishings, lighting, and custom millwork.
  • Strong understanding of residential construction methods and detailing.
  • Experience collaborating remotely with architecture and design teams.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet demanding deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to design excellence.

A great plus

  • Experience sourcing furnishings, materials, and finishes from U.S.-based residential vendors.
  • Proficiency in SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and photorealistic rendering software such as Enscape and/or Lumion.
  • Previous experience working with U.S.-based architecture, interior design, or residential construction firms.
  • Familiarity with Slack, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Experience working on long-term, fast-paced residential projects with multiple stakeholders.
