Do you enjoy creating detailed Revit models and taking projects from concept to permit-ready documentation? Are you a technically skilled Revit Architect with a focus on multifamily residential projects? We’re looking for a talented Revit Architect to support residential permit sets for projects in Florida. This is a part-time remote opportunity, ideal for someone independent, detail-oriented, and strong at resolving technical details.

What you will do

Take multifamily residential projects from SD through CD independently.
Develop 3D models and CD sets including floor plans, sections, and elevations across SD, DD, and CD phases.
Prepare permit sets for submission to local authorities.
Produce Construction Document sets for presentation to General Contractors.
Pick up and implement redlines accurately during all project phases.
Work with Wood Framing and Steel Framing systems in Revit.
Ensure all drawings are consistent, accurate, and meet professional standards.

What you'll need to know

Solid experience as a Revit Architect in residential (multifamily) projects.
Strong proficiency in Revit for modeling and documentation.
Experience developing projects independently from SD to CD.
Excellent technical skills and attention to detail, especially for resolving complex architectural details.
Understanding of permit documentation requirements.
Availability for part-time work and ability to manage deadlines effectively.
