What you will do

Support the production of residential construction document sets in Revit for projects in New Jersey.
Take schematic-level direction, sketches, and redlines and develop them into detailed, permit-ready drawings aligned with client standards.
Implement redlines and updates efficiently, maintaining accuracy and clean documentation throughout the process.
Prepare complete construction document sets (plans, elevations, sections, and details as needed).
Work independently while maintaining clear communication, predictable availability, and dependable delivery.

What you'll need to know

A bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
Strong experience using Revit for architectural documentation.
Proven ability to produce full construction document sets.
Solid understanding of U.S. residential drawing standards and coordination practices.
Ability to work from direction and redlines, taking ownership of tasks and following them through.
Clear, proactive communication skills
Advanced English skills.

A great plus

Experience with U.S. residential permit sets.
Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality.
Comfort collaborating with a solo principal and supporting a growing workload long term.
