About this job

We’re looking for a Semi Senior Architectural Designer to join one of our client’s teams and support residential projects across California. This role is ideal for someone who’s highly proficient in Revit, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning architectural production from city submittals through construction documents. This is a full-time remote opportunity supporting a California-based team, so availability to work in Pacific Time is required. Apply today!

What you will do

Produce architectural drawings and full Construction Document sets using Revit.
Prepare City submittal packages and address jurisdictional requirements.
Work on residential projects, including new construction and remodels (California-based projects preferred).
Coordinate architectural drawings with consulting engineers (MEP, STR, T24) as needed.
Review and interpret consultant packages to ensure accurate integration.
Support deadline-driven workflows, managing multiple priorities efficiently.
Maintain clear, timely communication with the internal team.
Use short screen-share recordings to ask questions or flag issues, minimizing unnecessary meetings.
Collaborate using tools like Microsoft Teams to ensure alignment and progress.
Provide consistent updates and meet agreed-upon milestones.

What you'll need to know

A degree in Architecture or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architectural production.
Advanced proficiency in Revit (this is essential).
Experience preparing City submittals and Construction Documents.
Solid understanding of residential architecture, including remodels and new builds.
Ability to understand and coordinate STR, MEP, and T24 packages.
Strong organizational and time-management skills in deadline-driven environments.
Klowedge of the following softwares: Revit, AutoCAD, Enscape, Bluebeam & Microsoft Teams.
Clear, proactive, and consistent communication.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality.
An advanced english level.
