We’re looking for a Semi Senior Architectural Drafter to collaborate remotely with our client, an architecture firm based in Georgia. This is a Part-Time opportunity where you should be able to work during EST (Eastern Standard Time), Apply today!

What you will do

Produce design development and construction drawing sets in AutoCAD
Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines
Implement redline corrections and design revisions efficiently
Develop and maintain drawing standards and quality control to ensure consistency and accuracy
Assist with project documentation and specifications
Communicate effectively with engineers, consultants, and the client’s team regarding design coordination

What you'll need to know

A degree in Architecture
Proficiency in AutoCAD (AutoCAD LT for Mac preferred)
Strong technical drafting skills with the ability to produce complete construction document sets
Understanding of building codes, 2x wood framing construction methods, and architectural detailing using Imperial measurements
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Willingness to help build office standards
An advanced english level

A great plus

SketchUp modeling experience
Enscape rendering capabilities
Experience with residential and/or commercial projects
