We are looking for a talented Senior Modeler to collaborate remotely with our client, a New York-based leading firm. What you will do:

  • Develop detailed construction and schematic designs for healthcare projects in New York.
  • Create and manage accurate models using AutoCAD and, ideally, Revit.
  • Ensure designs align with New York’s healthcare project standards and regulations.
  • Incorporate FGI Guidelines for the Design and Construction of healthcare facilities into project workflows.
  • Produce high-quality deliverables that support construction and design phases.

What you'll need to know:

  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit experience is highly preferred.
  • Previous experience working in healthcare projects.
  • Familiarity with the FGI Guidelines for Design and Construction of healthcare facilities (a plus).
  • Excellent technical and organizational skills to manage complex modeling tasks.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with project stakeholders.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and project execution.
  • An advanced English level.
