What you will do

Lead the development of technical design and construction documentation for complex architectural projects.
Coordinate large, intricate drawing sets with a focus on accuracy and innovation.
Integrate building systems, detailing, and advanced applications such as digital fabrication or prefabrication.
Mentor team members while collaborating with clients and stakeholders to ensure high-quality project delivery.

What you'll need to know

A degree in Architecture.
8 + years of professional experience in technical design, documentation, and complex project delivery (North American experience required; Canadian experience is a strong asset).
Advanced proficiency in Revit (BIM) and related digital tools such as AutoCAD and Bluebeam.
In-depth knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, construction methodologies, and sustainable practices.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
