What you will do

  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences, providing accurate information, thoughtful guidance, and heartfelt care in every interaction.
  • Manage all customer communications: handling inquiries, conflicts, and escalations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Help customers explore and understand the full range of products and services, ensuring their milestone events are truly memorable.
  • Review deliverables to guarantee accuracy, compliance, and high-quality standards that exceed expectations.
  • Resolve challenges proactively thinking creatively and acting decisively to build trust and reduce stress.
  • Update daily productivity tracking in Smartsheet and maintain consistency across all service activities.
  • Ensure all procedures meet departmental standards and KPIs.
  • Maintain a friendly, supportive environment that builds confidence and trust with every conversation.
  • Take full ownership of each customer interaction ensuring timely, thorough resolutions across emails, calls, and tickets.
  • Assist teammates when needed to maintain excellent service levels.
  • Meet and exceed daily KPIs related to responsiveness, resolution, and customer happiness.
  • Support financial accuracy by assisting with payment processing and overdue reminders.
  • Contribute to special projects, bringing creativity, collaboration, and a solution-oriented mindset.

What you'll need to know

  • Proven experience in customer service, support, or client-facing roles.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A reliable, organized, and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining a positive, professional attitude.
  • A genuine passion for helping others and creating joy in every interaction.
  • Comfort using customer service tools like Freshdesk or Smartsheet (or similar platforms).

A great plus

 

  • Experience working with milestone or event-based products or services.
  • A “yes, I’ll make it happen” attitude and the ability to think creatively to solve problems.
  • Familiarity with KPIs and quality monitoring systems in customer care environments.
