We’re looking for a Semi Senior Architect to collaborate with our Michigan-based client. This is a fully remote opportunity where you should be available to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST). What you will do

  • Work on multifamily residential renovation projects (kitchens, common areas, and more).
  • Develop projects from schematic design through construction documents (SD, DD, CD).
  • Prepare detailed drawings, 3D models, and documentation with precision and care.
  • Look up zoning information and translate it into actionable design decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with the client while taking initiative to solve problems and keep projects moving.

What you'll need to know

  • A degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • +3 years of experience in similar architectural roles.
  • Proficiency in Revit.
  • Experience using Enscape for visualization.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, especially in drawing sets.
  • An advanced English level.
