What you will do:

Design and coordinate Mechanical and Plumbing systems for commercial, multifamily, condo, and townhome projects.
Develop detailed drawings and models using Revit.
Collaborate with project teams, including architects and other engineers, to ensure integrated design solutions.
Provide engineering input across different project phases, from schematic design to construction documents.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and client standards.

What you'll need to know:

A degree in MEP Engineering or related field.
3+ years of proven experience in Mechanical and Plumbing design for commercial and residential developments.
Proficiency in Revit software.
Strong technical knowledge of building codes and industry standards.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
